Claudia is passionate about Tango, loves Contact improvisation and has been teaching and dancing both for many years.
After a long career as contemporary dancer she is part of the CI-network in Amsterdam and has been teaching Yoga for over a decade in various studios. Holistic massage treatments are part of her offer, to help people connect to their bodies integrity.
She has worked as a Physical and Vocal Coach in the business world for over 11 years, facilitating international Leadership trainings.
We'll first anker deeply into ourselves by tuning into our centers through a slow guided somatic floor practice. Later also with hands on partnering and patterning, where quality of touch, sensitive listening and developing radial awareness are key elements.
Moving through mid-level, we'll carry this connection into a playful dance where space, touch and dynamic encounters from a strong and safe base are the fuel for interaction.
Engaging and letting go in a liquid lead manner: leading and following impulses from a place of safetyand freedom.
